Who we are

Check-in Smart Marketing is a trade name of Check-in Social Media, LLC, based in Wall Township, New Jersey. In this policy, "we" means Check-in Smart Marketing. Questions about privacy go to jon@checkinsm.com.

What we collect

• The Nora form. Your name, job title, email, phone number, company, company website, and which option fits you. We use these to place the one call you ask for and to send you the recap email.
• Calls with Nora and calls to our number. Nora is an AI voice agent, and calls to (732) 782-1872 are answered by an AI voice agent. Calls are recorded and transcribed so we can follow up on what you asked for.
• Website chat. Messages you type into the chat window on this site.
• Emails you send us, including any sample file you choose to share after a Nora call.
• Usage data. Google Analytics records pages visited, the device and browser used, approximate location, and how you arrived, using cookies. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type.
• Visit counts. Our own anonymous, cookieless counter records the page, how you arrived, your general area (city level) and device type, and actions like a call or a form being sent. It stores no IP address, cookie or device identifier, cannot recognize you on a later day, respects your browser's Global Privacy Control setting, and is not shared with anyone. Visit records are deleted after 90 days; only daily totals are kept.

How we use it

• To place the Nora call you request. Before the call, we read the public pages of the company website you give us so the conversation is about your actual business.
• To send you the recap email you were promised, and to reply when you write back.
• To answer your calls, chats and emails, and to follow up about the work you asked about.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

Submitting the Nora form means one call and one recap email. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Who helps us handle it

We use a small number of service providers, each only for the job listed:

• Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions.
• Retell AI runs the phone and chat agents, including call recordings and transcripts.
• Anthropic (Claude) prepares the short brief before a Nora call and writes the recap email. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, this data is not used to train its models.
• Resend delivers the recap email.
• Google Analytics measures site usage.
• Cloudflare runs our own visit counter.
• Cal.com handles meeting bookings, if you book one.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions, call recordings, transcripts and emails for as long as we need them to follow up with you and to keep normal business records. Ask us and we will delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

• Email jon@checkinsm.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on for Google Analytics.
• If you do not want a recorded call, do not submit the Nora form; you can email us instead.

Children

This website is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date.
